Tools activate in the wrong cursor position if window is not maximized

Description
If the window is not maximized, when using any tool, its effects are seen to the top left of where they should actually be. This applies to selection, brushes, pencil, inserting text... The smaller the window, the larger the offset. I'm just using a standard mouse.

To Reproduce

1. Reduce size of window
2. Use any tool

Additional Info
Dual monitor setup (both 1920x1080) on Wayland, both at scale 100%. The issue persists if running the app under XWayland.
