Teach DataTiger to crawl through a specified folder (and maybe re-organize box to handle that)

I'm open to marking this as higher priority. I marked it this way because the current system works; it's just not as efficient as it could be with an automated crawl. The other enhancements need to be in place in order for this to work, too.
