Subject: [PATCH] docs: Update minor LLM provider integrations for Model
 Catalog

Small updates (<50 lines) to:
- ai21.mdx
- anyscale-llama2-mistral-zephyr.mdx
- fireworks/files.mdx
- google-palm.mdx
- oracle.mdx

All follow the Model Catalog pattern.
