image previews are not rendering as expected

i thought i saw code to handle this, but maybe something is broken

i have some .png files that i added, and when opening from the changed files list, is borked

I’ve submitted a PR (#1299) to handle image rendering in the DiffEditorPanel.

Currently, images don't render correctly when opened from the 'Changes' tab because DiffEditorPanel.tsx lacks the logic found in CodeEditorPanel.tsx. To fix this, I moved the image mime type handling logic into a shared utility file and updated the diff component to use it.
