Top level links not working

Hey team! 

Incredible paper, as someone who used to do world building as a games designer and now working in the web application space, this crosses a lot of my fields - I'm sharing this paper!

Small issue: _**the top level menu items: Paper, arXiv, Video**_ doesn't actually take you anywhere. 

Should be a quick fix.
