docs: add funding.yml configuration file

Problem

There is no configuration file to direct users and sponsors on how they can support the project financially.

Proposed Solution

Add a .github/funding.yml file to list sponsorship links (like GitHub Sponsors, Open Collective, Patreon, or custom links) on the repository page.
