• The current PR Template is not giving options to modify or add.
• it is just hardcoded with a already written pr in it.
• and the sections and options given are also not perfect.
• it is very hard to follow the present pr format.

Changes:

• fix the pr format to a perfect pr template with all the sections clearly
• fix the Pull_Request_template.md file.

1. Description & Context: Clear prompts for linking issues (e.g., Closes #...) and summarizing changes.
2. Type of Change: Interactive markdown checkboxes (Bug fix, New feature, Documentation, etc.).
3. Quality Assurance & Testing: Dedicated sections to outline local validation steps (like your type-check and lint commands).
4. Final Checklist: Pre-flight checks for contribution guidelines, documentation tracking, and commit formats.
