Data not filled in the DB on the first run

Hi,
Thanks for your bot.
It's up and running for me.
Only one remark, you don't mention in the documentation the `update data` command which fills the database.
I don't understand why it is not launched on the first run.
Without that nothing works
Maybe I miss something ?
And should I plan a cron for the datas to be updated daily ?
