UI Issues: App Icon Transparency & Incorrect Background Color in Dark Mode

Currently, TCPView has the following two issues:

1. App icon issue – The background is not transparent as expected
2. Dark mode issue – After launching the app and switching to dark mode, the background color of the right-side content panel remains white instead of adapting to dark mode.
