Add Toolbox page

I'd like a page to list the links and a small description of various softwares and services that I make use of and for what reasons.

Examples of softwares would be Docker, Typora, and Sublime Text Editor.

Examples of services would be Mailgun, Cloudflare, GitHub, and DigitalOcean.

Remember to include a Download button link to download softwares, or include a Visit Website button to visit the service's website.
