Update cause game crash

While I was playing video game QL updated and game crashed. Can you make QL updates controllable or less invasive?

Updates should be triggered and handled by the MS Store itself.

I disabled the store I don't use it, I just use QL portable.

Except for MS Store, QL does not have automatic update function.
