Uniform UI for books

All the lecture series follow a uniform pattern in the UI. We can also make such uniform UI shared for all the books. For ex: https://dp.quantecon.org/ and https://networks.quantecon.org/ have different UI.

Our books companion sites are different at the moment, but I think that is a good thing. It can be tailored to the needs of each book, and differentiates them. Given the frequency of book publishing I am in favour of keeping their custom designs rather than invest in a uniform book template. (@jstac do you have any thoughts on this?).
