[BUG] fortnite won't launch

Describe the bug

I just can't launch a foernite before update it was working normally, now I need to verify everytime and it won't launch wirhout errors just don't launch

Steps to Reproduce

open rare
needs to verify fortnite
verified fortnite
click on it
statrt bleu circle for one second and it's all what happening

launch fortnite normally

This seems to be an issue with Legendary missing some install tags which include the Fortnite binaries, which seems to be missing with the default install, causing it to not launch.

There's a fix found in the HGL discord server that I wasn't successful in applying to Rare (config kept resetting without letting me repair), but it worked using Legendary through Command Prompt.

• Close any open instances of Rare
• Find your Legendary config.ini file (for me it was in %USERPROFILE%\legendary\config.ini)
• Open with a text editor and find the install_tags line in the Fortnite category. It should look something like this:

• Add the FortniteCatchAll install tag into the list of tags like this:

• Open Rare and try to Repair. It might let you repair the game without verifying it. When I tried to Verify it, it reset the config and removed the FortniteCatchAll tag.
  If this doesn't work, you'll have to use Legendary directly:
• Through Command Prompt, run legendary repair Fortnite, and it should tell you there's ~850 MiB of files missing, confirm the download
• After that, launch Fortnite by using legendary launch Fortnite, or use Rare to launch it.
