[BUG] Bomb carrier glow doesn't work.

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

• Bomb carrier glow does not work on its own.
• Bomb carrier glow gets overridden by teammates/enemies glows.

To Reproduce
Add steps on how to reproduce this issue/bug, if you don't this issue will be closed and won't be looked into.

1. Enable Bomb Carrier in Visuals -> Glow
2. Drop the bomb to a teammate
3. Observe how that teammate does not glow
4. Take the bomb away
5. Add teammate glow
6. Drop the bomb to a teammate again
7. They will glow with Bomb Carrier color for a while then revert to Teammates color.

This is an old bug, it has been present in 1.6 builds.
