I don't have any default content in my application. Instead I'm getting a warning

I went through the installation and after npm run dev, I logged in to the editor page. I only got 1-2 components out of the box and I was getting this warning:

found 5 blocks of unrecognized or not allowed type:hero-unittext-imagecustomerstext-imagetestimonial. Saving will delete invalid blocks.

I thought there would be some more prebuilt components to use as I saw in many Youtube tutorials
