QuickMove - research bar accepts only 1 character

Since the last update of Thunderbird (149.0.2) and Quickfolders (6.15.1) under MacOS 12.7.6, in the research bar of QuickMove, only 1 character can be typed. That issue doesn't happen with the same version of QuickFolders in Thunderbird 140.9.1esr under Windows 10.

You can fix this by opening Thunderbird Settings >> General >> Config Editor...
and setting
widget.macos.native-anchored-menus = false

• or update Thunderbird to version 150 (they rolled it back).

Very likely due to native macos menus.
In 149 they were on but per instance disabled for our code.
In bug 2022755 we disabled them globally per pref.
