Projects cannot be removed from the project list. If a project is deleted from the project list, it reappears the next time the list is opened.

This is on a Windows 10 VM, but I tried this and I did not get the behavior.
@Igrodelsky is it possible for you to run Redot from the terminal to see if there's any unusual output when you do the delete, or when you restart after the delete?

Also, does this happen with a freshly created project, fresh install, etc...?
