Use 2-spaces indentation for `slnf` (Solution Filter) files

Describe the feature

Solution filter files are json with a different extension (.slnf) so it would make sense to have them follow the same rules that json files do in terms of indentation.

When slnf files are created in Visual Studio, they already default to 2 spaces for indentation.
