Implementation of the DP algorithm

Hey, could you guys please point me to the implementation of the DP algorithm described in the paper. I went through the code and it seems the heterogenous config that the algorithm is supposed to output is being treated as an input parameter throughout the repo, could not find the implementation that outputs the heterogenous config.

and i have not seen any compute cost and communication cost and memory cost calculated , if its there can you point it out
