Feature: Copy flight computer settings and maneuvers on decouple #858
Description
When I have multiple probe cores on a vessel and I decouple them, I would like an option to copy the maneuvers and flight computer settings to the new vessel. This would allow me to set up maneuvers for a probe before I decouple it, instead of requiring me to do that after the decoupling which requires decoupling much earlier and for the new vessel to have a [bigger] antenna.
