Change decoration bar to fit original windows look

The thickness of the bar along with the distance between the buttons is not like the original Windows XP.
Normal:

Thickness: 29px
Button size: 21x21px
Padding top: 6px
Padding bottom: 3px
Distance between buttons: 2px
Distance from close button to the end of the window: 6px

Maximized:

Thickness: 26px
Button size: 21x21px
Padding top: 2px
Padding bottom: 3px
Distance between buttons: 2px
Distance from close button to the end of the window: 2px
