Source Code Incomplete

While inspecting the source and trying to get stuff to compile I noticed some issues.
This makes me to believe this source is not complete.
The following issues have been observed:

• P07 folder is missing, while it is referenced in SIR.MAK file. Which means the source for the PocketStation menu is missing.
• The source wants to load a file at path DT\AK.T which is not included on the retail disc. However DT\AK.R is included on the disc.
• Process 5, also known as the title screen, doesn't have its release code included in the source. I verified this through partial decompilation of the Retail version.
