Show a rose chart per team that is each individual's abilities overlaid on the other?
A role on a team (developer, designer, etc) becomes a collection of attributes
A team needs some subset of all the attributes to deliver against its goals
1 = Beginner, still influencing themself only
2 = Can influence a pair/peer
3 = Can influence a team (~10 people)
4 = Can influence an office (~100 people)
5 = Can influence a company (~1,000 people)
6 = can influence an industry (~10,000+ people)
