in case i want to add concurrency limitation in scope of pool what's best place to add this functionality and PR?

it feels it better to do it on this level = ExecutionContext.php

Hey Pavel,

Yes, I see it as an option that sets to Pool and the further restriction in ExecutionContext::run() according the option.
