Program disconnecting randomly

I'm using a Madlions MAD60HE on Windows 11, and when using the program, it suddenly disconnects, the virtual controller disappears and the program stops working entirely.
It sometimes appens as soon as i open the program, and sometimes after a while.
When it crashes as soon as i open it, it shows this message in the status bar:

Applied Mica backdrop.
Initializing IPC connection...
Initialization error: IOException: IPC listener stopped - connection lost
Stack trace (first line): at UniversalAnalogInputUI.Services.RustInteropServiceIpc.SendCommandAsync(IpcCommand command)

I'm not sure what's causing this issue, since it worked perfectly a couple days ago. I've tried uninstalling everything cleanly and reinstalling but to no avail.

It's been two days, sorry, I've been getting a lot of emails lately, so I didn't see it. I’m in class for a few more hours, and I’ll check it out right after.
While I’m busy, can you tell me if, when you launch the app, it appears in the Windows system tray or if it’s just a window?
Also, what’s the exact name of the .exe file you launch when launching the app and its exact location on your hard drive?
It might be because you're running the UI executable instead of the app executable that the system tray core isn't running, which is causing your error—namely, that the UI can't find the app core.

I don't have much time, so my conclusion is probably wrong, but I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.

From what i've observed, the app works as intended at times and shows up in the system tray but crashes after a couple minutes or sometimes as soon as i open it.
Note that this doesn't happen if my keyboard isn't connected to the computer, and also if i uninstall the universal analog plugin.

It's the Rust core it's just crashing for some reason I don't know, I'll need the core logs to debug it, it's not coming from the UI live input.

can you check %LOCALAPPDATA%\UniversalAnalogInput\rust_crash.log

Or run the core using the command $env:RUST_BACKTRACE=1; .\uai-tray.exe if you know how it works. If you don't know how to do it, ask me or the AI it will guide you.
