Add new graphical indications to the UI

[TwistedSim]

• Shadow the camera which are desactivated by the Engine.
• Show the side we play on (Positive or Negative)
• Display the current adress and port (referee, vision) from the StrategyAI
• Send the color and side from the StrateyAI (New debug command)
• Send the disabled camera from the StrategyAI (New debug command)
