PRISM v2.21.0 is out — an external-review hardening pass on the methodology, plus a runtime front door. This is the first release since v2.20.0 to change framework prose (the v2.20.x releases were packaging patches).
Methodology refinements (from two external reviews, triaged against the repo):
━-vs-XML rationale — documents why PRISM keeps heavy-line dispatch delimiters; no format change.Runtime front door — a new
/prism-helpcommand and an orientation-before-engagement behavior: ask "how do I use PRISM?" and you get a 30-second orientation and an offer to begin, not a framework dump.Calibration — please report back if you run on non-Claude vendors:
━━━heavy-line glyph survive mobile-app paste on those vendors?Lens Library stays v0.16; lint catalog stays v5. Install / upgrade: see the release notes and the README Quick start.
Also recently shipped (not separately announced): v2.20.1 — a coherent engagement command set; v2.20.2 — packaging + front-door hardening, with a CI lint gate that validates frontmatter, manifest JSON + version consistency, cross-file references, and the packaged plugin's contents; and Lens Library v0.16 — the reader-respect lens ("Does this respect the reader?").
