PRISM v2.21.0 released

PRISM v2.21.0 is out — an external-review hardening pass on the methodology, plus a runtime front door. This is the first release since v2.20.0 to change framework prose (the v2.20.x releases were packaging patches).

Methodology refinements (from two external reviews, triaged against the repo):

• Turn-close ordering — per-turn Monitors are evaluated before the Master / What's next are emitted.
• Self-check hardening — Step 6 writes each recompute out in full before comparing; Step 0 echoes the matched Dispatch ID as its first token, so a silently-skipped transport gate now shows in the response.
• Dispatch record vs execution seat paste — a clean split (new template E.1a) so the multi-vendor orchestration framing is never pasted to an execution vendor.
• ━-vs-XML rationale — documents why PRISM keeps heavy-line dispatch delimiters; no format change.

Runtime front door — a new /prism-help command and an orientation-before-engagement behavior: ask "how do I use PRISM?" and you get a 30-second orientation and an offer to begin, not a framework dump.

Calibration — please report back if you run on non-Claude vendors:

• Does a clean Self-check Step 0 emit the Dispatch ID as its first token on Gemini / ChatGPT / Perplexity?
• Does the ━━━ heavy-line glyph survive mobile-app paste on those vendors?
