Transfer existing documentation to quarto format, followed by SME review:

• Animal - in review
• Manure - missing manure handlre
• Soil and Crop - not started
• Feed Storage - in review
• Connections - in review
• Economics - not started

Other tasks:

• Update example structures to incorporate learnings - in progress
• Complete audit on transferred documents - not started
• Outline process for merging new sci docs into test and removing old sci docs - not started
