Currently, we use RuFaS to generate E2E filters. This means that we are using older versions to evaluate the newer versions. There is a need to allow an SME to use E2E to compare the results against a range that is accepted in literature. Sometimes the decision to accept or reject a value for a variable is if it sin the accepted range, regardless of it changes from the previous version. To accommodate this, make a support for a new file that hosts these ranges for variables. If a variable exists in this file, we use this range in the E2E report as well as its comparison against the E2E filter. Also, introduce a GNU arg (or E2E metadata flag) to enable/disable this feature.
