Issue description

The statement "The continuous integration worker agent must have the Terraform provider for SAP BTP command line interface (CLI) installed. See Install Terraform and the Terraform CLIInformation published on non-SAP site." is wrong and hard to understand

It should be rephrased to:

"The CI/CD pipeline must have access to the Terraform or OpenTofu command line interface (CLI) . See Install Terraform and the Terraform CLIInformation published on non-SAP site. or Installing OpenTofu"
