Version of larbatch is too old

I frequently do builds that include both sbndcode and icaruscode, the version of larbatch that icarusutil (and so icaruscode) uses is consistently behind the one that sbndcode uses.

I understand that sbndcode and icaruscode are not meant to be aligned and that they're independent. However they both depend on larsoft its ancillary products, so I would expect these dependencies to be aligned.

Currently, icarusutil sets:

larbatch        v01_56_02

while on the SBND side, the version is:

larbatch        v01_57_01

hi @rennney @mmrosenberg, I'm updating sbndutil to the most recent larbatch version (v01_58_00that came out with larsoft v09_66_00), do you agree on updating also icarusutil in your next release so both experiment codes are aligned?
