[Jobs] Missing visible error on missing resources if selected while in project with resources

Sorry for the title:

When on Jobs/Create.tsx

• Select machine type in workspace that has resources
• Switch to project with resources for machine type
• Submit

This fails silently in the UI, but an error is correctly present in the network tab.
