Problem to solve

The KCRHA team has requested language changes. The following things should be changed across the app wherever they appear:

1. The title "Manager" should be changed to "Hub Lead"
2. "Admin" should be changed to "Administration"
3. Referral Code (Under New Entry): Change the language to Coupon Code
4. The app name should now be "Point-in-Time Count 2026" instead of "RDS Mobile" (this includes the first page and the header/banner on all pages)
