목표

헤더/서브내비/grid 적용 후 무효화된 absolute/fixed offset과 누적 important CSS를 정리한다.

고정 결정

• KTO 관광정보 표시 토글 기본값은 OFF다.
• 기존 src/api/tourismClient.ts와 src/tourismTypes.ts contract가 main에 있으면 우선 사용하고, 없으면 중복 client를 만들지 않고 해당 gap을 audit evidence로 기록한다.
• API path, response shape, DB schema, OAuth 성공 경로는 변경하지 않는다.
• KTO/OpenAPI, Supabase, admin import/sync를 브라우저에서 직접 호출하지 않는다.
• 사용자-facing copy는 이 child 목표 달성에 필요한 범위에서만 변경한다.

Architecture Boundary Gate

• Responsibility map: index.css가 app-shell map flow를 소유하고 refinements.css는 더 이상 map/back-button/utility-slot layout을 덮지 않음.
• Dependency direction: AppShell -> MapStage flow 우선. refinements의 역방향 layout override 제거.
• Test seam: source-quality unit, app-shell/critical UI/tourism E2E.
• Scope map: CSS offset cleanup과 hook locality 보정만 포함. API/DB/OAuth/copy 변경 없음.
• Architecture risk: 다른 화면의 historical !important는 별도 debt로 남김.
