Consider RN preview as part of the CI pipeline

Hello team,

it would be extremely useful if we could add preview of the Release Notes build as part of github actions.

https://github.com/openSUSE/get-o-o is using CI actions to show a preview of the instance.
PRs from "non-member' require approval of the CI run.

All release notes are automatically built to susedoc.github.io after each commit. PRs currently don't have any ways of building the source code but it would a nice QoL feature.

I will need to look at the exact GitHub Actions code necessary for this.
