Create documentation for QGIS users to connect to PostgreSQL/PostGIS SWORD database.

Tasks

• Document PostGIS connection setup in QGIS
• Create layer styling recommendations (stream order colors, width by facc)
• Document editable layer configuration
• Add database triggers for edit logging
• Test workflow: view → edit → sync

Output

• docs/qgis_setup.md - Complete QGIS setup guide

Context

SWORD editors need to:

1. View reaches/nodes/centerlines in QGIS
2. Edit topology and attributes
3. Have changes logged for provenance

Dependencies

• PostgreSQL schema must exist first
