[Tauri macOS] Check for Updates gets stuck

Describe the bug

When checking for a new update in Settings -> About when one is available, it will get stuck on checking for one.

This only happens when an update is available, when Sable is fully up to date it will say so as it should.

Reproduction

1. Go to Settings -> About
2. Click "Check" next to Check for Updates when an update is available

Expected behavior

Sable downloads and installs the update.

Platform and versions

1. macOS 27 (confirmed on 26 as well)
2. Sable v1.20.1-nightly.260728192020-dev (7c2d2ff)

Additional context

No logs appear to generate during this process.
