[FEATURE] Make rolls use `suppressChat` option.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Rolls are made and then SWIM posts a chat message explaining the result. This takes up space and requires users to manually roll. Adding the suppressChat option in SWADE would not post the message. This option is currently under a refactoring process however as it makes the roll unevaluated this would prevent DSN rolls. Once this has changed, adding it would be a sensible option.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add suppressChat option to all rolls.
• Add BR2 modifiers to rolls if integration is enabled (depends on BRSW #480).
• Add toMessage or showForRoll to create the DSN roll.
• Add a dialogue to not automatically roll for unshake, unstun or bleeding out.
