[Better NPC Highlight] Respawn Tile Indicators off by a tile

I've been having trouble with the respawn indicators constantly being off by a tile to the northeast. Is this an issue unique to my setup, a known issue, or should I try it with the rewrite branch?

In the following video, the yellow square is from the default NPC Indicators plugin, the faint blue square is BNPCH.

The respawn indicator in this plugin hasnt been the best historically, and this is a likely bug. I don't have the time to fix it right now though, but am happy to review and merge a PR that does.
