Program keeps crashing

Hi,

I recently installed the cam_control for a new camera.
However, it kept closing the program time to time. When I reconnect the cable, it runs again, but it is closes shortly after.

I have attached the error message, and I can also share logerr file if needed.

And the temperature of the camera is not that hot. It is just warm.
