Fixed in 0.6.3 (feat-014, #154). Root cause: postrelease.yml triggered on the GitHub release: published event, but under on-demand OIDC publishing the release is created before the artifact reaches PyPI — so the smoke polled PyPI too early, 404'd ~10 min, and auto-opened this issue.

Fix: postrelease now triggers on workflow_run (the Release workflow completing successfully), so it runs only after the OIDC publish. Verified live on 0.6.3 — the post-release run fired via workflow_run and passed in ~21s (installed agentforge-graph==0.6.3 from real PyPI + smoke); no spurious issue opened.
