Requirements for dependencies and new release planning

Hello, thanks for developing and mintaining this package. I've just started using ParallelParticleSwarms.

I've had some trouble with project dependencies, specifically ForwardDiff, because I'm using other libraries requiring version 1.x. I noticed that PR #68 bumps several packages resolving this issue, however, it's not yet released.

I've solved it by cloning the repo and using it in dev mode, however, publishing a new release will help new users like me to follow a smoother integration with other packages. Thanks in advance for your help!

Tests are passing on master and it has a ton bumped so I'm just going to release the 1.0.
