NVENC Error: B-frames not supported on the current HW

I finally found out the issue on my friends PC (other than the start-up issue) and it appears the recording settings are using B-frames by default and I can't find a way to disable them to allow use on older hardware (GTX 1650).

Please allow Segra to be used on older hardware that doesn't support B-frames by adding it as an option in video settings.

When H.265 is enabled on their hardware, they get nonstop windows error sounds. This seems to be caused by the unsupported b-frames, however, b-frames are usually automatically disabled on unsupported hardware. This is "fixed" by using H.264 but they should still be able to use H.265 if only b-frames are disabled.

If it's not possible to automatically disable b-frames, is it possible to add it as a video setting?
