Transition to RLM-based SimModSuite keys

Here is an email from Heather Myers about what we have to do to transition to RLM-based SimModSuite keys.

Hi Thomas,

I'm opening this ticket up to help Ludwig with the transition to RLM-based SimModSuite keys.

I provided you and Alice with both old-style keys (LudwigU_2026) and RLM keys (simmodsuite.lic) in my 2/6/26 email.

Since sending those files, I've been setting up a new user from ETHZurich. He pointed me at the SeisSol/PUMGen github account as what he needed to be able to run.

In there I find PUMGen/src/input/SimModSuite.h contains the call to Sim_readLicenseFile. This would need to be updated for RLM by calling SimLicense_start() instead of Sim_readLicenseFile.

As mentioned, you have a new product download, "License", that contains the library with this call.

I've followed up. Maybe I will learn more about why we need to transition to RLM-based keys.
