"touch" events failing on mobile #18
Description
users reporting that the dropdowns don't work on their phones. the dropdowns work fine on a desktop. if i put the desktop browser in "responsive" mode, it still works. but if i then reload the page in responsive mode, the dropdowns fail. it looks like there is some detection on page load which applies the touchStart() listener. touchStart() prevents the dropdown from responding.
