Would you be open to include our phpstan-sylius extension for PHPStan in your stack? Happy to open a PR if it makes sense to you.
The extension currently focuses on the resources classes and grids. Helping you to only reference fields in grids that are part of the resource class. Also, the extension checks that referenced resources classes and grid classes are actually loadable.
