Photo Man not properly despawning

Last issue I'll post for now but I've noticed that after almost every single photo man spot his shadow stays on the floor, and doesn't leave until the room reloads. The only real issue is that it's there though since I don't think the photo man himself sticks around or leaves any collision behind.
