Undefined methods in POM

There are a number of methods in POM that are not defined:

There's in IOM.

Are these just missing from the IOM/POM refactor? Should I just copy them here?

The warm start one is an easy fix. The services one less so, because it touches a bunch of other stuff:

_validate_warm_start_support should live in IOM the _add_services_to_device_model! can live in POM after the move I am making to avoid type piracy
