Create structre of getting the tasks even if you don't have the originial file

Currently, if you don't have the files provided during the BootCamp then it's hard to know the content and everything that can be checked.

Add an option/method that will allow for any person downloading the library to understand how to use it, to get the conditions for each exercise and to be able to practice.
