Custom authentication server causes crash

When attempting to add Funky Station's temporary auth server, the SS14.Client crashes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open SS:B
2. Set Account Provider: Custom
3. Set Authentication Server: https://tempauth.funkystation.org/
4. Enter username/password
5. Client crashes

Note: Correct vs incorrect login info appears to make no difference.

I don't know why it's crashing, but I believe this is technically an issue on Funky's end. They're not providing the account site in their auth API, so we can't know what that is. If they want to support this they can add Simple-Station/SS14.Web@6aa04c7 to their API, but I'm not going to add them to the launcher defaults (a way I could get around this issue) since they seem to only be hosting this temporarily.

I'll leave this issue open until I fix the crash.

Thank you for your prompt response! For reference, accounts are handled at https://forum.funkystation.org/.

While it is intended to be a temporary solution on Funky's end, the 'recent events' and fact that multiple other servers have switched to their auth platform make me suspect it will be around longer term.

SS:B appears to be the only client available at the moment to allow seamless multi-auth switching, you may want to consider advertising it as such to increase project visibility, especially as we move to a more decentralized SS14.
